I think he's Alpine... doesn't look Northern European, but that one photo isn't enough.
Perhaps has some non-European ancestry.

The other guys all look fully European.

I'm not sure if these pictures were carefully selected because their skin looks darker, or are these the only available pictures. If I was a nordicist, I wouldn't invite any of them to a Nordic Fest In fact, 90% of those at the Nordic Fest look totally un-nordic

He looks to me like a typical Mestizo, but I am from Texas. I usually question anyone as a Mestizo that has dark skin, black eyes, and black hair. I would say about 40 % European Ancestry and 60 % Native American Ancestry.

His skin tone might lie outside the Central European range, but the rest of him is Europid.

I agree with SouthernBoy that he looks "Mestizo," or actually more Cuban. I also live in Texas where we have many mixed breed latinos. My wife's father is probably a perfect example of an Alpine and he doesn't at all look "mestizo" like Anthony does. Her dad is not as dark as Anthony and he has more Central European features. There is nothing about his features that would ever bring him into question, like Anthony has been. What about Anthony makes him look Alpine to you?

I'm definitely not an authority on mixed-race people though.
I just would like to see more pictures, and more opinions.
