    The Nordic Countries Remain Some of the Least Corrupt in the World

    The Nordic countries remain some of the least corrupt in the world, according to a new report from Transparency International — but Iceland has slipped further behind its neighbours.

    Iceland is classed as the 13th least corrupt country this year, according to Transparency International; which publishes an annual league table of the world’s countries.

    Thats not true. We just have a different form of corruption where favours instead of money change hands. In local politics this is rampant, but you find it all sectors of society.

    Getting a job here in these times often depends on if you got a friend or a family member of you or your parents working as an owner or a manager in a company. Maybe your father is allowed to hunt some wild game this year that your dads friend gets a peace of as "thanks" for getting you a job.
