Well, that's a good point. I'd certainly want to be tried by a white judge of Germanic origins rather than some black. Blacks have too much emotional baggage with them: they often have a chip on their shoulder for being black and this may well affect their judgment and performance in a court of law. Basically, blacks are too easily swayed by emotion, too undisciplined, and too corrupt and incompetent to be judges.
Well, in a country in which there exists a liberal rule of law and judges are selected on their capability of applying the law as it has been written down with no authority to deviate from this law, it wouldn't have to matter from what ethnicity the judge is when looking from the point of view of the consequences, as long as the selection procedure is good enough. The judge would have to apply the law as it is, regardless of his ethnicity. What is the real problem here is that the power to decide what happens to a Germanic man's life is given to a non-Germanic. It's not really a cause of problems, but more (a symbolic) result of our problems, namely that our society has no ethnic awareness and regards non-Germanics to be equals.
Frankly, I don't care about what happens between a couple Dotheads.
