    Raja Yoga

This is by far the most powerful incredible gift Aryans have ever praticed. I cant say Aryans invented it because I think it came from the supreme.

A master is RAJA yoga can bend time and space. It is the link to the supreme and all is known, for the Supreme knows all. And this world is just an illusion, which can be controlled via the supreme. NOT BAD FOR A BUNCH OF WONDERING INVADING NOMADS THE JEWS SAY INVADED INDIA HUH?

It is how the Yogis can read minds, and reading minds in the easest thing to do.

RAJA yoga is not some super secret, but open to all, however you do need to be twice born... Higher form of life, ARYAN.

Anyone here pratice RAJA yoga? I am sure a few 1000 white nationalist RAJA yoga masters could chage the world for the better.

    What do you all think?

Please read about RAJA yoga and know what you are talking about before you reply.

The aim of yoga is to unite subject and object. Generally speaking the subject is the practicioner, and the object is ultimately the greater Universe.
Basic yoga practices exist for 3 reasons:
    1) To teach the aspirant "perfect posture" or "asana". When asana is mastered the yogi can sit motionless for hours, completely forgetting about his physical body.
    2) To teach the aspirant breath control, or "pranayama". Breathing in certain ways stimulates the "prana", or "magick force", which is generated by all living things. A person who has mastered pranayama will be able to hold his breath for long periods of time, further stilling the body.

Once the body has been brought under control, then we move to:
    3) Thought control, or Dharana. This leads to Dhyana - the ability to simply not think. This is harder than it sounds. Try to empty your mind of thoughts.
How long could you do it for? Probably not longer than 3 seconds.

Once these things have been mastered, then true Yoga (union) is possible.
Raja Yoga is especially difficult, and these practices should be mastered somewhat before getting into it.

Also, you do not have to be Aryan to practice yoga. If you can sit still and shut up - and do it for a long time - then you are on your way : )

Yes RAJA yoga is very hard. I've tried can't do it. I need a teacher they say.

Kishna talked about it in the Mahabharta as a means to salvation. Meaning Raja yoga is very old.

    Magog:

Your best bet is to work with the basic practices: Asana, then Pranayama, then Dharana.
Believe it or not you really don't need a teacher, although if you can find a good one it certainly won't hurt.
I once knew a man who had mastered these practices. Not only could he remain completely motionless for over an hour, but he could control his heart-beat and blood-flow to some degree. It's pretty amazing stuff, but very hard work : (

I used to be into yoga quite a few years back, I do believe I have tried this style once or twice. But as for reading minds, I can already do that with some people, but not through any will of my own.
