I also think it is sad that a rural community like Red Wing has any Negroes in residence. 40 years ago this would have been very unlikely.

Er..the school kind of had this one coming by calling it WIGGER DAY.
Not a good idea.
What they should have done was have a "Germanic Day" in which they celebrated the achievements of the Germanic people (such as giving the world modern civilization).
But then again I'm being racist and insensitive to the other races.
It seems a sense of humor is illegal
