I have a Mjöllnir that I wear. It's protected me well thus far.

What is an Ægishjálmr? Photo, perhaps?
Should the subduing talisman, the Cross, break, then will come roaring forth the wild madness of the old champions, that insane Berserker rage, of which the northern poets sing. That talisman is brittle, and the day will come when it will pitifully break. The old stone gods will rise from the long-forgotten ruin and rub the dust of a thousand years from their eyes; and Thor, leaping to life with his giant hammer, will crush the Gothic cathedrals!

    ---Heinrich Heine

I wear my Mjollnir, with pride.

When money becomes available, I will be getting some heathenish tattoos: A Mjollnir on the left hand side of the chest, an Odal rune on the inside of my sleeve, a Schwarze Sonne under my neck, between the two shoulder bldaes that is.
But, that, seeing that there are no finances available, a way that I will resume next summer at the earliest.

    My Mjollnir is depicted here:
    www.odin.org/th800.htm
-In kalte Schatten versunken...

(Heimdalls Wacht, In kalte Schatten versunken, stanzas 4-6)

I wear the hammer of the Thunderer around my neck and my right shoulder is branded with Woden's sign, the Valknut, 3 ravens around it, and a rune circle with the Elder Futhark around them. My other shoulder bears sowilo/sig runes, so yeah, I'm pretty well a bearer of Heathen symbols!
"Yet Thomas Jefferson’s interest in the Saxon heritage went far beyond matters of philology. He held that the forward movement of British settlement in North America was a continuation of the original migration of Hengist and Horsa. It was all part of the vigorous expansion of a superior group of people. Jefferson even went so far as to suggest that the form of government being adopted in the emerging United States represented a restoration of the sublime Anglo-Saxon principles..."

I'm not a heathen but I used to wear a Ukonvasara(Mjøllnir) still a few years ago as a sign of my ethnicity and ancestors. Needless to say, the reason why I no longer wear it is because you can find those worn by black metal teens everywhere regardless of their ethnicity. And all those totally foreign people inspired by viking metal bands and exploiting Scandinavian mythology...well, obviously they didn't get the idea. eyes:

I have the hammer, Odin's horns as earrings and some rings, among other stuff. These were made to order from designs I gave the silversmith.
