Take your maximum cranial breadth (euryon-euryon) and maximum cranial length from glabella (above nasion) to the opisthocranion. The Cephalic Index is a ratio, divide the width by length and multiply by 100.
Some count dolichocephaly from under 80 while others say a true long head is under 75. Others count under 75 as long headed, 75-80 as mesocephalic and over 80 as brachycephalic. Around 80 is a mesocephalic index. Above 82-83 is always brachycephalic. 82 in the living is 80 of crania.

I can not mess right because I haven't the tools for it.
I have 65~80. Where I can get good tools for this stuff?
You can buy a caliper in a mechanic tools shop, but get a large one, with wide arms.Originally Posted by Shapur
