I might drink a little bit more than one of these per day. Mjólk er góð .
I drink about the same amount as you do when I live at home. When I'm not, I don't get as much.

Europeans have evolved to digest dairy milk. This is a very unique trait that no other race exhibits. What we call "lactose intolerant" it actually the norm in the vast majority of the world.

That said, I do not drink dairy or eat meat. Not out of a concern for animal welfare but due to the outrageous environmental effects caused by the meat/dairy industries. Blood and soil, and the commercialized meat/dairy trade does an awful lot to destroy the soil part of that equation.

Also, from what I have read and heard, the estrogen found in soy that many men are concerned about is phyloestrogen, or plant based estrogen. It does not have the same effect as the estrogen found in the human body, i.e. eating tofu will not turn you into a woman.

I loved milk as a kid, but my stomach can't handle it very well now. I took a food intolerance test, and it told me I was intolerant to cows milk (high) and sheep and goats milk (medium).

Whatever you do, do not drink soy milk because it will raise your estrogen levels. Too bad you cannot buy almond milk in Norway There is also rice milk and hemp milk.
All things must come to the soul from it's roots, from where it is planted. The that is beside the running water is fresher, and gives more fruit.

I think I have minor lactose intolerance but I am actually a bit unsure. My family moved to Japan when I was 3 and when we moved back to the US where dairy was available and cheap and I couldn't stand milk or most cheese. Regardless of not having any dairy for a few years it doesn't cause me pain right after eating it but it seems if I eat too much milk I have minor symptoms. I never could get a taste for milk, cheese, or some of the thick creamy things I had never had before.

So, I don't drink it but I will take a little on my cereal and sometimes eat a yogurt or a small ice cream on rare occasions. Honestly, I did find I had a better reaction physically to fresh milk (lived on and near farms) so it might have something to do with what they put in it.
