Industrialized cows are fed growth hormones, (to make them grow quicker!), I read that this gets into the milk, and into you, where said growth hormones find dormant cancer cells all to eager to react to the stimulant, hence, cancer is much more prevalent in the milk consuming west.

I did switch to soy milk for a while, but understand it simulates female hormones.

I now drink goats milk, the stomach aches I used to get from cows milk, I do not get from goats milk.

That is so true, fortunately I believe that the BGH is not allowed in Canada anymore, but the cows are injected with steroids and antibiotics that are very unhealthy. If I lived in Europe I would probably drink milk because the food standards are so much higher there. Have you tried Almond milk? It is so delicious!

I am somewhat lactose intolerant myself. I can eat cheese and yogurt in moderation, but can't drink milk straight.

Like Aelfrun, if I have to drink a milk like substance, I use Almond milk.

My mom used to be into drinking soymilk, and after a couple of months she got really really sick and lost so much weight she almost looked like a skeleton. It's definitely bad for women.

Well, I love cows milk, I consume many liters per week in form of milk, cheese, butter, yogurt or milk-based meals. My whole family consists of milk fanatics and we purchase most of our milk from local farmers (like we buy our meat from local butchers). Cows milk has many advantages and contains important nutrients, so it´s no wonder that we Germanics learned to digest and utilize milk in a biological and genetical way in form of adaption and evolution.

I can´t stand goat milk or soy milk, though. The taste is awful, I´d say I´m too accustomed to cows milk after 25 years of usage.

Nothing better than fine Bavarian cows milk.

We shouldn't be bitching about cow's milk. It one of the primary drinks of our ancestors, and the fact that other races can't utilize it like Germanics can only makes it that much more appealing to me.

If I lived in Europe, I would ingest more dairy because your food standards are higher than ours.

    Cows Milk

Cow's Milk? I drink at least a glass a day. It's good and good for you. In fact, it may be the perfect food.

Goat's milk and sheep's milk? That's raw material for cheese...
