What's Affirmative Action Like In Europe?

Here in the United States we have affirmative action where all sorts of other ethnicities and women are given opportunities within the work place over white Germanic/ europid men of the working class.

[Which means they all get to go to the front of line before us in all career and job opportunities.]

It's practically federally mandated into law where businesses are practically obliged to follow when it concerns upholding the affirmative action status quo.

If they don't they have a good chance of getting sued and taken into court which many do if they don't walk in heel with the mandate.

    [Accused of racism and ect.]

I'm just wondering in a variety of different nations in Europe if they have similar laws enacted specifically.

Maybe some members here that actually live in Europe can describe some of those laws in detail.
National Socialism is the only salvation for Germanics and Europids everywhere. Capitalism, libertarianism, and communism is the enemy.

National socialized collectivism must prevail over radical individualism.

The corrupt hateful, traitorous, Marxist last Labour government passed an equalit act on their way out of power as a last act of agression against the English they worked so hard to destroy. Sadly its just come into force with affirmative action on the book and any group of minoritys able to take the goverment to court over any attempt to cut their free money.

They are also the government that decided to run an immigration policy for "social reasons" and to "rub the rights nose in diversity" not to mention "change the conservative nature of the English people" (yes this is what they actually discussed behind closed doors, thank god for freedom of information requests).

I've never come across any affirmative action stuff here. I'm not sure if it even exists here. However there is an anti-discrimination law, but it's not reduced to race, it's also against discrimination because of sex, religion, physical disabilities etc.

in Germany we have the antidiscrimination law (which is not reduced to race)

but it's a papertiger (I hope that word exists in english leo.org says so)

One has to openly say he/she does did not hire someone because of race, religion and so one in order to be guilty

If there is no proof, than its allowed

True, I've never heard about someone sueing because of discrimination.

Though I believe there was one incident last year, when a woman from the former GDR applied for a job and was refused. The stupid thing about it was that someone had written "Ossi" and something like "too old" on her application papers and so she sued. I heard it on the radio and thought is was hilarious
