I am quite fond of most fruits and vegetables. The only ones I cannot eat are bananas, cantalopes/honeydew/muskmelons and undercooked eggplant.

    Some of my favorite veggies:
    Carrots
    Parsnips
    Winter squashes of all types
    Potatoes, Particularly the yellow/gold types
mushrooms(fun fungus, I like wild variates but rely on others to go hunting)
    Sweet potatoes
    Cabbage
fresh greens(boston bib, romaine, spinach, kale, red oak, etc)
    brussel sprouts
    summer squash
    tomatoes(botanically a fruit but legally a vegetable)
    onions
    leeks
    garlic
    cauliflower
    green beans
    beets
    cucumbers
    corn
    celery
    FRESH peas
    peppers
    avocado
    Rutabaga
    Seaweed (either Irish or Japanese)

    Fruits
    cherries both sweet and tart
    Concord grapes
    blueberries
    lingonberries
    currents
    peaches
    apples
    Raspberries(gold, red or black)
    watermelon
    strawberries
    lemons
    oranges
    pomegranates

If I went into how I like them this post would more than fill the page. I like things raw, fermented, steamed, roasted, sauteed, boiled, baked and occasionally fried.

Vegetable: Stephen Hawking. Fruit: Elton John.

But seriously I love mangos, melons, grapes and strawberries.

For vegetables I like gherkins, peas and Jersey Royal potatoes.

In 1878 a Jersey farmer called Hugh de la Haye purchased two enormous potatoes displayed on the counter in a local store. That evening he invited some friends for supper and after the meal he showed them the two huge potatoes he had bought, one of them with 15 "eyes" (from which new plants sprout). Hugh and his friends cut this potato into sixteen pieces which they planted in a côtil, a steeply-sloping field, above Bellozanne valley. The following spring the crop was large and early, and though most of it and the parent potatoes were round, one plant solely produced kidney-shaped potatoes, which came to be known as the Jersey Royal Fluke.
Annually the Jersey Royal market has a value of £35m. It is Jersey's biggest crop export, accounting for 70% of agricultural turnover. 99% of production is exported to the United Kingdom. During the Jersey Royal season, exports from Jersey account for 75% of all potato sales in the United Kingdom.

I like most fruits and vegetables, except I don't really care for artichoke, radishes or any type of melon.

I like most fruits except bananas or kiwi, but peaches and cherries are my favorite.
    I can't think of any vegetables I don't like.

    The Mangosteen

I have had the pleasure of trying it only once myself, but this was easily the best fruit I have ever tasted.

The taste is indescribable and I can only say that it is a powerful citrus with a perfect balance of sweetness.
