True my friend, but this new "group" also includes psychologically unstable individuals (e.g., sick neighbors, peeping Toms, pedophiles, etc.).
I have recently heard about a new balloon reconnaissance platform called ISIS

Scary stuff these days.
I wonder if the radar systems that guards military installations and sensitive areas, such a nuclear power plants, can detect something that small and not made from metal. I can imagine that this is one of those uh-oh moments for those in counter terrorism and counter intelligence.
I am sure there are material one can use to fabricate non-reflecting surfaces. This is something that is even crazier than the Swinglet CAM:
