Re: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

Women from the ages of 18-40 are fair game to me.

To be honest though, I don't think I'm emotionally maure enough to have a compatible relationship with an older woman. I am rather callous when it comes to womens wants.

I voted can be any age (within reason of course).

I never would have considered myself with a much younger man. It was not something I ever envisioned. It is no secret that my husband is 9 years younger than I am.

And he is a wonderful husband.

Re: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

Doesn't matter as long as the two think they are right each other. That is to say I don't give a **** what other people do.

I like my dates younger though a bit older is ok if they are exceptional. But eventually I would have to trade her in for a younger woman.

Young women are like fresh fruit. Older women like canned fruit. And the old ones like sun dried raisins.

This poll would be more effective if it was sex specific. I imagine most females prefer a somewhat older man and most males prefer a somewhat younger woman.

You are wrong. Women are like wine. They get better with age.

But who am I to argue if you prefer yours from a box: cheap, plentiful, and always available. Not very men go for the rare, aged bottle which is worth every penny of their money.

AW: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

To me there is only a low limit, 18 lets say. But this would be still an exception, usually - if I wouldnt have a girlfriend - I would USUALLY look for girls about 20+. Thats something I did when I was younger too, had even older girlfriends, didnt really care.
I consider 19-30 being a good age for women, I wouldnt care for how old I am, if I would have the change, I would always take women of that age obviously.
As long as she is mature physically and attractive to me, at least a in a certain way, and can be a spiritual partner which fits into what I need, a possible mother of potential children, everything is alright, age being secondary.

I must say, with 20 I had less of a problem with a 30 year old woman for a relationship if she was exceptional, but I wouldnt think the same (10 years +) now, because 40 is just a way too old for me. With a 40 year old women, honestly, I would just stay if appreciated her earlier already and probably have some children with her, but I wouldnt begin a relationship with her if having the chance of getting a younger women.

AW: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

For me it´s all the same, one was almost 20 years older, the other one 5 younger. I take what I can get *lol* No, I prefer to have someone on my age, but if it matches in spite of a difference, why not? I´m adaptably.

Yes some men like there women aged like their wine. That's fine less competition for me.

Speaking of plentiful I also like my women plentiful...the more the merrier. But right now I'm having enough trouble keeping 1...haha

Re: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

I have a major dating rule. That's to say: I shall never take a younger girl out (did it only once, and it's like flying on a carpet in a sea of flak, until you get holes in your carpet - ... the others were one, two or three years older). Frankly, it's a good rule, and I stick with it. I'm all in for ladies, and it seems easier for me to establish a bond with them, which isn't a coincidence, since the ones I knew had a weak spot for younger men.

My position is explained by Jennifer, the wise:

She puts it well, but she is, afterall, a lady.

This mystic whirling lends unity to his thoughts and actions; it helps him find or invent the cosmic harmony. Re: Differnce in age: What's your view on having an older/younger partner?

    .

I am much too young for my age, so I have to go for candidates much younger than myself to be compatible.

Something with my genes I think, I paid childrens ticket (16) on the tram until I was 25, and my physical father at 75 married a 22 years young girl...

I would not, I need a spirital, intellectual and matural match.

But of course...life is short, and a taste of youth may prolong and, or exalt the quality of it...
