This based on the famous cooper test, It calculate in the box how long you can run in a time zone of 12 minutes and therefore calculate your condition and oxygenic absorption. I have taken this test long time ago in the army but finally found it on the net. my VO2 MAX is 69 but im sure I could press it to more with some if I took up my running training again. so what is your VO2 MAX? and have you ever tested your self professional?
