I was going to open a thread on Julie Delpy but evidently someone beat me to it. Still needs a classification, though.

Julie Delpy: She looks like a Borreby with Norid influences.
Marc Streitenfeld: Looks like a Robust Norid of sorts with Mediterranid influences I would have guessed he was Italian he sort of reminds me a bit of my dad in terms of the cranio-facial structure.
Its a bit odd but Julie Delpy looks more stereotypically Dutch or German while Marc Streitenfeld looks more Southern.
Delphy looks quite un-French to me, although this is probably because I base my French archetype more on the central/southern French (which I've seen more of). Anyway, I'd say she's a relic of the Gauls. She seems to be Nordid with Borreby or some other face-rounding CM influence (Alpinid?). Interestingly, I've just realised she resembles a certain Skadi user (whom I won't name, since this is a public forum -- even though she had her picture in her profile anyway) in some pictures, such as this:

This is not that uncommon to have Frenchmen with a Beneleux or Southwestern/West-Central German appearance especially in the North and Eastern portions. The stereotypes are not always good indicators although they do tend to be partially true.
The thing is people tend to ignore and neglect the great deal of unique diversity that be found within a certain locality. You will for the most part always see an overlap in one countries specific locality and another specific locality in another country and it seems like this is just due to random chance and coincidence.
She looks more Borreby to be than Nordid by the way and I would not say she looks similar to the skulls found of the Gauls probably more Frankish. The Gauls tends to be more Keltic-Nordic/Norid according to the Skulls they found.
