Strikes me as a Fälid (or Cromagnid at least)+Dinarid in about equal proportions. Quite "(southern) German" looking in my opinion. Progressive looking in any case.

Looks Atlantid and Dalofaelid to me.Maybe some Dinaroid but his skin tone
is very swarthy which to me hints at him being "Atlantid" or some might say
Mediterranean here.Also looks like he has a Keltic Nordid element to him
as well.Just my opinion.

There could indeed be an Atlantid element present, but I wouldn't call his skin swarthy at all? But if he was, there's no need for an Atlantid/Mediterran element, the Dinarid type being rather brunette itself.
