Subraces Found Outside of Their Geographical Domain

Is it possible to find a subrace outside of it's geographical domain? Can an ethnic Russian, or an ethnic Lithuanian be Borreby, Brunn, or Keltic-Nordid? Can an ethnic Irishman be East Baltid? Can an ethnic Austrian be North Atlantid? Can an Englishman be Alpinid or in the extreme case Lappid?

    Just wondering if it's possible

I guess it depends. Using your examples as a foundation, I'm sure an ethnic Austrian being North Atlantid is plausible, however an ethnic Englishman could not be Lappid (is Lappid even Europid proper?). Further, some sub-racial types are more widespread outside of their (primary) geographic domain than others, such as the Dinarid.

The reason I asked this in the first place is because I have a friend from Poland who is very Faelid-looking, he has all the classic features of Faelids, and correct me if I'm wrong but Poland is out of the Faelid domain.

i don't think i understand most of the subraces:

do subraces have places they are tied to? like where do faelids come from? or brunns, or atlantids, or nordids? someone teach me?

It's probably not perfect, but it's the only one I could find.

Apparently, everybody in the British Isles is North-Atlantid, hum...

    Lappids are mongoloids, not caucasoids.
