How Much Anxiety Do You Have in Your Life?

It's very easy to get anxious or even depressed in our modern world, with all the negativity and stupidity that exists all around us. I think today, we are faced with psychological traumas and stresses that our species has never experienced before, it is utter pestilence to the soul and leads to a lot of psychological problems.

I have a considerable amount of anxiety, but I am working on improving it. How about you?

Yeah, I'm in my final year as an undergrad at uni and I've a lot of course work this year. It's utterly fascinating stuff at this point (nothing like all those gen eds you have to take) but it's going to take serious studying and all that. At least I don't have a job...I guess that's a plus? Haha. Ha. I'm nervous about getting through this semester, and anxious about what I'm going to do when I graduate. I'll get through it, though - I can drink legally now :p

I am only relaxed at home. At work i have to deal with incompetent, lazy blacks ready to accuse me of racism at every turn, and in town when shopping i am vastly outnumbered by blacks who have no concept of personal space in queues. I dream of (and am saving for) emigration. The mere thought of going to a civilised country calms me.

If you get anxiety get off the computer and go to the gym. Running will get your blood pumping and your mind off problems.

Anxiety is healthy to some extent because it makes you feel alive. Even when you know your going to fail, the act of trying will make you a better person in the long run (usually).

I get bad anxiety and took medicine for it but I quit because I missed feeling real. The closer bad things grip you the more alive you feel. When you get angry and something goes wrong then find something to take your steam off like working out. Use the bad in life to fuel your energy to do good. Always look into the future for a positive goal.

    Always set your dreams big.

    Too damn much.
National Socialism is the only salvation for Germanics and Europids everywhere. Capitalism, libertarianism, and communism is the enemy.

National socialized collectivism must prevail over radical individualism.

A sh*tload (excuse my French). I worry about things I don't need to worry about (I stress over writing a paper when it isn't even due yet), obsess over little things (I cause myself more anxiety trying to stop myself so I just leave it be), have obsurd fears ie. fear being attacked by a bear every time I go outside alone, am on edge, and do narodic things sometimes. I've never been depressed before, just work myself up over nothing. I'm like an energizer battery lol, I just keep going and going and going. I've been like this forever though, since I was born. The symptoms to OCD personality sound exactly like me I'm afraid. As a child, I would have to draw the same picture every day and if I didn't have time I would flip out but when I did I would feel comforted and good.

Me too, but mine was never TOO severe. The worst was when I'd be laying on the floor and feel the need to pick up each speck of lint or dust I saw and throw it away. And I have certain patterns in which I shower and do other everyday tasks that I do the same every time. That's more subconscious though. I could mime my shower routine right now

I used to flip out when I missed even a second of Inspector Gadget because it felt like the entire experience was ruined if I didn't take in every single moment of it.

Alright, now go write that paper

Lol I already did, so now I can relax (well sort of). I was up all night writing it thinking it was due the next day when it wasn't even due till the end of the week. A common pattern with me. Mine only turns severe when I set goals and expectations for myself that are too high. Sometimes I wish I could just "let loose" but I can't do it. Details, Details, Details!!!! lol
