Which of These Groups is Most Alien to (Different From) the Germanic People?

These are some of the major cultural/linguistic groups the Germanic peoples have come into contact with over the past millennia (I am counting the Celts among the Germanic peoples here)

    Slavs
    Latins
    Jews

Personally, I think it's the Jews, because despite living amongst us for centuries, and speaking a language derived from our own, they don't support our preservation.

I'm not sure any of those groups support our (Germanic) preservation, do they? I voted Jews as being most different due to their Middle Eastern ethnic and cultural background, whereas the other groups are European.

I too voted the Jews, primarily because of their origins.

Also, I think the Latins are much further removed from ourselves than the Slavs.

You raise an interesting point here, though: If we were to assume the Jews were supportive of our preservation, of our heritage and our culture, and that they, in the same way as they do today, speak a language derived from our own and have lived along side us for centuries, would they in turn be considered less 'alien'? If so, would this be to a large extent, or only a small one?

I'm not sure it would've been possible for them to be supportive of our culture without assimilating with us, in which case they would've been virtually 'blended out'. In any event, I think they'd still be more 'alien' to Germanics than all the other European groups.

Well, I can recall good old times when catholic germans and spaniards get along pretty well under the rule of emperor Charles V.

Would you consider someone from germanic descent, raised in a latin country but mostly under germanic principles and feeling comptent for most of the local traditions and common behaviour -which is my case- a fellow brethen ?

I would take hundereds of any of the aforementioned people if it meant repatriation of all jews from European lands. Their people are from the desert not Europe, and their original language is an afro asaiatic one. Their demeanor is so superficial, neurotic, and self righteous unlike any Europeans I've interacted with. All this plus the overwhelming evidence that they are working against our people are all reasons why our cultures are thoroughly incompatible.

In the genetic studies that I have seen it is hard to tell Irish and Germanics apart. Latins and Slavs are some distance away, but not by much. That is a sign. Jews, however, stick out like a sore thumb.

The "nordic crescent" from Ireland across Scandinavia, down into Germany are different from all others significantly.

We mixed and blended into Anglo-Saxon American society very, very harmoniously.

Others just cannot understand or apply our laws, customs, and values in their own ethnicities.

Jews brought most of the non-nordish in.

    To hell with them, first.
But the age of chivalry is gone. That of sophisters, economists, and calculators has succeeded; and the glory of Europe is extinguished forever.

    Edmund Burke
