Musician 'Neige' of the band 'Alcest' (former member of Peste Noire), from Bagnols-sur-Cèze, south France. His hair is dark brown, I can't tell the colour of his eyes but I would assume they're brown, hazel or a darker shade of green.

The pictures aren't great, sorry, but they're the best I can find. His hair, the colour and texture, reminds me of Aindiachaí's hair, a live member of the Norwegian band Taake (Aindiachaí himself, not his hair alone...).
Difficult. Probably Atlantid or Atlantomediterranid with Alpinid/Cromagnoid influence.
I can't see any other influence in him. In my view, this type is quite common in France, Switzerland and Northern Italy.

In my view, it's due to Alpinid influence, at least it is one of the elements that made me suspect Alpinid.
