Johannesburg - The court case of the 15-year-old accused of murdering Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging leader Eugene Terre'Blanche was postponed on Friday, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said.

"The minor appeared (in the Ventersdorp Magistrate's Court) and he indicated that he was happy with conditions under which he was kept and expressed no concern whatsoever and the matter was postponed," said NPA spokesperson Mthunzi Mhaga.

The minor would be kept in the same "place of safety", where he enjoyed three meals a day and sleeping on a bed for the first time in his life.

The youth and Chris Mahlangu were accused of beating Terre'Blanche to death in his farmhouse outside Ventersdorp on April 3.

The case was postponed to September 6.

He is probably being treated like a hero at the "place of safety". It's high time that these pigs be treated like scum!! He'll just get out and commit the next murder to get back in!
