Calls Grow for Burka Ban in Britain As French Outlaw Islamic 'walking

Calls grow for burka ban in Britain as French outlaw Islamic 'walking coffins'

Britain faced growing calls to ban the burka today after French MPs voted overwhelmingly to outlaw full-face veils in public.
Politicians in France united yesterday to ban Islamic veils that cover a woman's face, which some described as 'walking coffins'.

Deputies in the country's 557-seat lower house, the National Assembly, voted in favour of the ban by 335 votes to one.
Support for a ban in Britain has come from Tory backbencher Philip Hollobone and the UK Independence Party.

A frivolous victory against the Islamization of Europe. I would rather they wear them because it deters possible race mixing and draws a clear line between them and us, while visibly illustrating the Islamization process.

Too bad according to the BBC and the Daily Mail that cabinet ministers are coming out saying that a ban would be un-British (despite 67% support of a ban in Britain).

Edit: I myself am not sure if I support a ban or not. Banning them forces them to assimilate, but not banning them is an eyesore that I'd rather not see anyway. I guess the more hostility between them and the mainstream, the better though.

I totally agree with both of you. I detest the Burkah and all it stands for but it is a visible mark the of the Islamisation of Europe and it reinforces the cultural difference/divide between East and West. Anything that wakes the docile (read stupid) public up to the enforced race mixing of our lands has to be a good thing.

Women who wear the Burka will not have relationships with anyone other than their own, from what I've observed.
