Pro Dutch party sweeps election

A Dutch anti-Islam party has more than doubled its seats in parliament in a national vote, though it is unclear if it will take part in a coalition.

Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders said he wanted to be part of government.

The election saw the centre-right Liberal Party (VVD) emerging as the largest party, one seat ahead of the centre-left Labour Party.

The Christian Democrat party of outgoing Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende suffered a big defeat.

I have to say I followed Pim Fortuyn's career closely and I was devastated by his assassination. He was really close to carrying through a lot of changes for Nederland. It is a shame we will never know how it would have turned out if he had managed to take office under the LPF.

It is a damn shame, he was so passionate about his goals and seemed very honest, unlike most politicians. I only very recently heard about this man, but it just goes to show how weak the far left is when presented with rational arguments. Define Zionist. If one is a Zionist in the sense that you simply want to preserve the existence of Israel, I don't mind very much. However if one is a Zionist in the sense that they want to interfere with european politics and promote mass miscegenation in european lands, then I have a problem with it.

This man however, I think would do a lot of good because by stopping Muslim immigration you are blocking immigration from many dangerously backwards countries, including Sudan, Morroco, Saudi Arabia etc. This not only would drastically reduce immigration in general, but would also help Europeans to increase their birth rates. I really think people need to be looking at the bigger picture, look at how many native european Marxists oppose his ideas.
