Meh... that's nothing! I've gained more than 240 pounds in the last 25 years.
Not only that, I am now 180.000 times taller than I was in 1978.

Agrippa is excellent, as always. My nose, which was straight at 23, is now more "wavy" as Coon describes UP survivors in Norway. This did not happen until I was over 30, minimum, and it gets more pronounced and apparent with age. As a young child, I had a concave nasal profile. Also, pigmentation went from the blond, thin-skinned Hallstatt look at 18 to a much darker hair, thicker-skinned look at present. Also, the palms of my hands have gotten wider. My point is that we are always changing. Since Coon and others like youth (early 20s) to do their typing, we must follow along but, any re-appraisal of the same population at a later date my yield a different interpetation.

Our maturity is supposed to be at 24, but our bodies regenerate every 7 years. I believe that is the source of shifts in phenotype, putting it into perspective. At the time of writing, I was just shy of 22 and looked through all the old pictures my mother had taken of me over my life. There were significant variations in my phenotype since birth, for better or for worse.
