    Anyone Here Like Lutefisk?

Does anyone here eat or make lutefisk? I know I'm not daring enough myself to take it on, I've never had it, but is there anyone here who likes or knows how to prepare the Scandinavian delicasy? Do you have a favourite recipe or family tradition of making lutefisk? Please share any recipies, traditions, or experiences with lutefisk here.

    Lutefisk?

Yeah, Lutefisk is ok, but I prefer pickled Herring and Sardines. Being up there in Minnesota, it ought to be easy to find. Check in with any of the Scandinavian shops. They ought to be able to steer you in the right direction.

Lutefisk is good, be sure to buy good quality fish. The cheap variants are no good.
