How's the Labor Market in Iceland?

The reason I'm asking is because today I saw a sign put up by Century Aluminum advertising jobs in Iceland. I guess the reason they are recruiting in this area is because they have a plant in the area & local unemployment is higher then the national average. If it is any consolation the local populace is 98%-99% White and mostly of British Isles & German descent. Better then recruiting in Bangladesh or Guatemala.
