Classify Rufus Sewell

At first I saw him some time ago in a french movie titled “Vinyan”, I didn't think much about it. But then I saw him on Eleventh Hour and found him weird looking/alien looking, so I looked up his ancestry and it said he was from the British Isles. I tried to figure out his subrace but I really can not figure out the (sub)race of this person and he has kinky/frizzly hairs. He somewhat reminds me of the racial type of Misha Collins, but less alien looking then Rufus Sewell.

He has that kind of Near Eastern influence many Europeans have, just stronger in him than in others and more often related to Dinaroid and Southern Mediterranid forms, though present in others too, not necessarily in a negative sense, but somewhat exotic.

He could be a mix of Mediterranid - Keltic Nordic/Dinaroid + Palaeatlantid/British Isles dark Cromagnid.

Handsome fellow. His head seems very wide at the top like Damon Albarn and Jude Law, and his eyes sit far apart too. Could there be slight Alpinid as well?

That would be an alternative to Palaeatlantid, though less likely in my opinion, its a good possibility.

British Isles dark Cromagnid.

Yes I have seen a couple of those dark cromanoid types in the Bristish Isles who seemed to be neither Fälisch/Phalic nor Tydal. Perhaps those are some Mediterranid varients of the Paleo-Atlantids (Paleo-Mediterranids)?
