Mushrooms, i'd say....although when i lived in Italy, you could get roasted aubergine (eggplant) on pizza, which is really good, but nowhere else seems to do that...Also in Italy, i tasted a pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle. God! Was that good!!

Cheese, definitely. No pizza without it. And, of course, sea food.

I love smoked salmon on pizza. When I make pizza I put the cheese over the tomato sauce and the filling on top. It didnt work so well when me my sister did it with her oven, the cashew nuts I put on got pretty burned.
I eat almost anything on pizza, pineapple is really good. There is one thing I cant stand on pizza and that is corn

Pizza? What's pizza? I don't eat such un-Germanic food. ... Jokes aside, I eat pretty much anything on a pizza. Since I strongly prefer it homemade, it's difficult to say what I like on my pizza. Anything goes, as long as it has a strong-enough taste.

Same here. I hate it when 'vegetarian' pizza has corn. That forces me to read all the menu for better options (at least that was the case many times, when having pizza in the city or so). I also avoid green peppers.

Corn is nice in some dishes, but not in pizza! With green peppers I have a general problem.

I also like spinach, or some herbs that go well with the other ingredients. Mushrooms are also nice, I've had loads of pizza with mushrooms, as my mother is very fond of mushrooms.

Smoked salmon is the best, indeed!

I've heard from some Italian students that there are places in Italy where they serve pizza with chocolate (and the dough is made a bit different, to suit the chocolate). That sounds interesting.
