people with broad cheekbones are mostly classified as baltid or east baltic
(i mean the typical east european look)
but are broad cheekbones common in the dalofaelid race too ?

Its not just important whether the cheekbones are broad or not, but how they are positioned and formed overall.
You might compare with this post of mine, especially if its about the Mongoliform tendency or Mongoloid influence, like it can be observed in some Lappids and Eastbaltids f.e.:

Otherwise, Dalofaelids have broad cheekbones too, but in the male sex, whats more typical, is that these are quite robust and the face doesnt look "puffy" and somewhat infantile, unlike that of more strongly Baltised people - at least not if the Dalofaelid individuals are not obese.
And for the Nordid type its not just about narrow, but rather compressed, backward and deep cheekbones too, which being further behind the forehead than in the Cromagnoid forms and its derivatives, like Alpinid and Baltid.
That Nordid trait being shared with the morphologically related Suedeuropids and Dinaroids.
