He is a very popular actor in Norway were he is mostly known for portraying neurotic characters.

Kristoffer Joner is a Norwegian actor born 19. september 1972 in Stavanger. He started is early career at the Rogaland theatre at the age 14 till he was in is 20's, he tried to get into the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre but was declined, in 1996 he got the role as Ståle Pettersen in the NRK series Offshore, a role he had until the series was cancelled in 2000. The same year he got a role in Pål Jackmans movie Detektor where played a Satanist, he was also part of the low budget movie Mongoland a movie that had a budget of 200 000 kroner(34 713 USD) wich meant that none of the actors had any guarantee of payment, He gained some critical acclaim for his role in Mongoland.
In 2005 he was awarded with the the Amandaprisen(Norwegian movie Award) best male actor for his portrayal in the movie Naboer, his uncles are the actor Johannes Joner, Componist and muisician Sverre Indris Joner and the cousin of the actor Knut Joner.

Very interesting phenotype for which two explanations are possible in my opinion:

1. (Keltic?)Nordid/Eastbaltid mix (on some pictures he looks a little bit like Klaus Maria Brandauer, also an actor, who clearly shows Eastbaltid influence)

2. Lappid/(Keltic?)Nordid mix with some Cromagn(o)id.

In the video, he shows some Dinaroid traits :His looks then come closer to the Keltic Nordid type than on the pictures, he even sometimes resembles Thilda Swinton who was classified Keltic Nordid/Borreby and/or Cromagnoid somewhere on this forum if I am not mistaken.

I think Joner's eyes show Lappid influence. Notice how his eyes tilt upwards at the far corners.

I remember Joner from the Norwegian movie Gymnaslærer Pedersen, thinking he looked unusual. He kind of resembles two Dutch TV personalities:
