Human Extinction: How Could It Happen?

Humans could become extinct, a new study concludes, but no single event, aside from complete destruction of the globe, could do us in, and all extinction scenarios would have to involve some kind of intent, either malicious or not, by people in power.

Dani instead proposed that "gold, coal and oil account for not only the fate of human societies but also for the fate of mankind through the bodily accumulation of anthropogenic arsenic, an invisible weapon of mass extinction and evolutionary change."

I would have thought through excessive inviromental pollution and accumilated pollutants from the fumes of cars and the chemicals put into the rivers. As this chemical has a oestrogen creating effect in the water supply which causes more oestrogen to be assimilated in the body when drinking it ,and in turn effecting the male sexes by reducing the spermotozoia production in the males. This toxic chemical accumalation in males would be the cause of sterility in males this infertility Over a along period would cause a reduction in the species at the end extintion through a inability to conceive.
The second cause would be the radiation waves from the satelites which are beaming down thermal waves 24 hours a day 365 days a year would also have a negative effect on the testes and would be a pre cursor to infertility. As the testes are exposed to the inviroment in which their is no protection and these waves would be passing threw them causing unknown problems.
