John Allen Muhammed who, along with his teenage protege Lee Malvo, terrorized the Washington DC area 7-years ago is scheduled to be executed by the Commonwealth of Virginia tommorow night. The Supreme Court has declined to stop his execution:
Supreme Court Declines to Block Execution of Washington Sniper
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday declined to block the execution of John A. Muhammad, the sniper who terrorized the Washington area seven years ago. The step cleared the way for Mr. Muhammad to be put to death on Tuesday unless Gov. Tim Kaine of Virginia intervenes.
The court did not comment in refusing to hear Mr. Muhammad’s appeal, but three justices objected to the relative haste accompanying the execution.

Muhammed & Malvo killed 10 & wounded 3 during their 3-week shooting spree. They are suspected in the shooting deaths of 11 other across America. They targeted Whites - most of their victums were White & Malvo admitted they wanted to kill as many White people as possible - but were not charged with hatecrimes.
Malvo, who was 17 at the time of the shooting spree, is serving life without parole.
