    Mad "Obamacare" = Tyranny!

Last night the U.S. House passed a healthcare "reform" bill by five votes.
Many of the provisions of this ill-begotten piece of unconstitutional (thus illegal!) socialist legislation mean some of Americans' most basic liberties will be erased if the democraps somehow manage to ram it through the Senate.
With this bill as I understand it, federal bureaucrats will tell citizens what kind of health insurance we're able to choose from, penalize those that choose not to get insurance, institute a massively expensive new government-run "public option". Not to mention the increase in burdensome taxes (theft) to fund this.
None of these provisions have any place in a constitutional republic.
It is tyranny, pure and simple. The United States congress has no legal power to "reform" health care in the constitution.
I urge all Americans who would protect what's left of our sacred liberties to resist this.
For what good it will do,fellow Americans, call "your" U.S. senators and warn them that a vote for this abomination will mean the loss of their seat and place at the trough.
Secession looks better all the time!

Kiss Your Freedoms Goodbye If Health Care Passes

Congress recognizes no limits on its power. It doesn't care about the Constitution, it doesn't care about your inalienable rights. If this health care bill becomes law, America, life as you have known it, freedom as you have exercised it and privacy as you have enjoyed it will cease to be.

It would actually not be so bad if not for the fact that is you paying for 10s of millions of Mexicans and Negros. Although I can understand not wanting to put your life in the hands of the US government.

Hopefully this is the thing that sets some state off as wanting to leave. There really needs to be an example set if anything is going to happen. Someone has to be risky.

    Obamacare

Actually, health care reform is a major reason why I voted for Obama. Years ago, back when I was still in college, my Mom had been hospitalized with severe burns. And wouldn't you know it, the Goddamn insurance company accused my parents of not filling out all the paperwork - thusly disqualifying her for medical coverage. Well, my Dad, who was not only a union member, but a grievance man (shop steward), immediately got on the phone with the union hall to complain what kind of shit the insurance company (which had a contract with my Dad's union and company) were trying to pull. Fifteen minutes later, the insurance company called my Dad back to tell him how they had "found" the paperwork. Yeah, right. If the union had to sick their mafia knee cap breakers on the insurance scum buckets, then God bless the union's mafia knee cap busters! Thankfully, my Mom got all the care she needed. But I know for a fact that ever day, millions of Americans who don't have access to those union mafia knee cap buster like my Dad did, are booted off their insurance policies by greedy and heartless insurance executives and bureaucrats. In my humble opinion, we have more to fear from malignant, giant corporations of all sort, who are unelected but still hold too much power over us, than we have to fear from the government. If you don't like Obama, vote him out in 2012. Try doing that with the ceo of your insurance company.

A Negro-worshipping Liberal who believes that Obama is actually going to help his family. Great!

What is going to happen is your family's pockets will be bled dry so Mexicans and Negros can have more children, free food, and free healthcare; all while doing nothing to contribute. Better to be burnt than working excessively, only to see all your labour taken away by force. I hope before 2012 you realise this yourself. If not, then you are the direct problem.

You should make your decisions on facts and statistics not always personal experience as there is always a sad story out there. I greatly doubt millions of Americans are booted off their insurance policies by greedy and heartless insurance executives and bureaucrats.

The problem is with Obama, but it is more than that, it about al the greedy, heartless corporate owners that have the government in their pocket as a tool. Hence the more power the government has the more they can control the citizens legally and efficiently.

The constitution is a piece of paper, it just lies there, it has no might, no power nothing, only people backing it up have, and top back it up they have to be strong, strong enough to protect it against the foes of these ideas, but then, I hear, acknowledging the need for power to rule would mean regressing back to bestiality.

No. They will introduce an option that was not available before. They will not remove other alternatives, nor will they tell people which of the alternatives to choose.

Just like they penalize you if you do not get car insurance. Promise me that you will angrily protest the legal requirement of car insurance, in order to prove that you are not a hypocrite.

"Massively expensive" is a speculation, and is also a relative thing. According to some estimates, it will save money as compared to making no changes in the system at all. The truth is, we will not know how much it really costs until it happens, and we will NEVER know how much the alternative would have cost.

The primary funding doesn't come from taxes, it comes from savings incurred through various means. And most of the tax increases do NOT affect most of the population.

But from an ideological standpoint, I'll admit that I do not see taxes as theft or even as "evil".... so we will probably have to simply agree to disagree on the taxes issue.
