Hey, I've been browsing Skadi for a few years now and finally made the decision to create an account. I'm primarily Scandinavian, however I may have some Alpine in me.
I've always been impressed with the display and appreciation of intellectualism on this site. I have been on many other sites and I've found Skadi to be of the highest quality.
I look forward to continue learning from this site.

Were there anything in particular that attracted you to Skadi these past few years, like the political or historical discussions? Where does your major interests lie?

What attracted me as a "forum lurker" for so long was that the general intelligence of the community seemed much higher than that of other forums. Also the call for Germanic Preservation (as opposed to a pan-European preservation) seemed to be fairly unique, however that is not to say that I am against pan-European preservationalism.
I used to browse through the Anthropological Taxonomy and Philosophy section quite a bit. I still browse through the Philosophy, but I also read the Arts & Culture (mainly Music/Hymns and Literature). You can probably tell from my username that I browse through the Catholic section frequently as well. Church history has always been interesting to me
