In what region of Germany do you find the tallest men and women ?
I'm thinking most likely in Northern Germany.
Any particular state of Germany that produces the tallest people ?

Tall People not only exist in North Germany.
But it´s a fact that in north Germany they had a higher average size than in the south.
You also find in the South People that are around 2 m .
Certainly not Tyrol. Whilst we have a bunch of literal giants, it's almost funny to see that with just a little under 6'2" I'm usually the tallest whenever we're about with friends. There's an acquaintance which measures 6'8" but that's an exception, his father's 6'11" and his mother 6'4", so go figure.
Arguably, the tallest people would either be in a region purely Dinarid or purely Borreby, as the tallest Europid subraces are usually Borrebies and Brünnids, as well as Dinarids who are oft remarkably tall (see the remarkable height of almost exclusively Dinarid Serbia and Croatia).
There are relatively few Brünnids amongst Germans, and there is no region which is solely restricted to Dinarids, there's usually always a height-limiting factor such as Nordoid or indeed Alpinoid influence. However, there is one island which --- at least measured by 1939 data --- is/was pretty much entirely Borreby, that is the island of Fehmarn.
A larger proportion of unalpinised Borrebies is BTW also higher in Denmark and the Netherlands, which could be one of the factors contributing towards their often cited taller average height amongst men.
Now the height of women is more difficult. Borrebies have a high sexual dimorphism, women of that description aren't always that tall, so when seen amongst the average size amongst, this is balanced out a little.
-In kalte Schatten versunken...
(Heimdalls Wacht, In kalte Schatten versunken, stanzas 4-6)
I've notice that some slavs seem to have really tall men and short women. They usually are blond/blue eyed fairly Nordic looking. Like brother and sister will be a totally different height. That seemed rather strange. I always thought Nordics were fairly tall I didn't realize they were average height.
I don't think genetics plays a major role in height anymore. Many people are growing very large because of growth hormone and such in the milk and meat we consume.
It seems to me that the most extreme heights among Scandinavians, Dutch and Germans tend to go with a Corded morphology. The Dinarid/Keltic look (common in the British Isles, and therefore Australia) is tallish, but not exceptionally so, certainly not like a lot of those Corded-looking Continentals.
But of course it's all relative, and depends on the standards wherever you go.
I'm German and I am 6'2". I have always been very tall my whole life.
