Please Classify Painter Caspar David Friedrich

Born on September 5, 1774, in Greifswald, Swedish Pomerania, on the Baltic coast of Germany.

The first image is of his father.
I apologize for the size but it was the largest I could find.

(The latter four mages can be enlarged)

I guess I would classify him as Faelid-Alpinid. In my opinion, in the first picture he looks more Alpinid than Faelid, and more Faelid than Alpinid in the rest.

I'd say Nordid-Faelid, with maybe some Baltid or Borreby elements, however, it is generally problematic to classify with paintings.
    Sometimes even photgraphs are misleading.
"Nothing is more disgusting than the majority: because it consists of a few powerful predecessors, of rogues who adapt themselves, of weak who assimilate themselves, and the masses who imitate without knowing at all what they want." (Johann Wolfgang Goethe)
