Bill Gates: Europe Will Be Overwhelmed Unless It Stems Flow of Migrants

Microsoft founder Bill Gates has warned that Africa’s population explosion will overwhelm Europe unless the continent makes it more difficult for migrants to reach its shores.

The American billionaire’s comments come as European leaders discuss what to do about the surging number of Africans arriving in Italy each week, with Rome calling for other European Union (EU) nations to open their ports to docking migrants so as to ease pressure on the Mediterranean nation.

In an interview with the German Welt am Sonntag newspaper, Gates said massive population growth in Africa will result in “enormous [migratory] pressure” on Europe unless countries increase overseas development aid payments.

Praising Germany having achieved its commitment to devote 0.7 per cent of GDP to foreign aid as “phenomenal”, the 61-year-old called on “other European nations to follow its example”.

But Gates also spoke of a dilemma caused by ‘the German attitude to refugees’, referring to Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision to open Europe’s borders to illegal migrants arriving from the third world.

“On the one hand you want to demonstrate generosity and take in refugees, but the more generous you are, the more word gets around about this — which in turn motivates more people to leave Africa,” Gates told the Sunday newspaper.

“Germany cannot possibly take in the huge, massive number of people who are wanting to make their way to Europe.”

Because of this, Gates stressed that “Europe must make it more difficult for Africans to reach the continent via the current transit routes”.

Italy is demanding that other EU nations open their ports to migrants ferried from Libya as the country struggles to cope with having already received over 80,000 people this year.

Calling for African newcomers to be spread throughout Europe, the Mediterranean nation’s globalist centre-left government insisted that the EU migrant relocation programme — which is largely limited to people from Eritrea and Syria — should be expanded to include other nationalities, such as Nigerians.

UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, on Saturday decried an “unfolding tragedy” in Italy.

“Without a swift collective action, we can only expect more tragedies at sea,” he declared, noting that around 2,000 migrants have lost their lives on the sea route from Libya to Italy this year.

The Italian diplomat repeated calls for an “urgent distribution system” for incoming migrants and asylum seekers, and “additional legal pathways to admission”.

‘Europe will need 6 million immigrants’

The European Commissioner on Migration, Dimitris Avramopoulos was speaking at the University of Geneva on Monday evening, in the midst of the EU crisis, when he said that the EU needed at least 6 million more immigrants.

    GENEVA
Some twenty-five years ago, before becoming mayor of Athens, and then successively Minister of Health, Defense and Foreign Affairs in his country Greece, Avramopoulos was the first guest of the new Dusan Sidjanski Center for European Studies, which was inaugurated in October by the Global Studies Institute.

“When I took up my post in November 2014, the EU was struggling with the financial crisis. I did not imagine that migration and internal affairs would soon be the two most important challenges for the Union,” he told the audience.

“The migratory wave and terrorism have plunged Europe into an existential crisis. The very foundations of the EU are being questioned, ” Avramopoulos said. “As we commemorate the signing of the Treaty of Rome on 25 March, member countries face instability and insecurity.”

In short, Europe is at a crossroads, he believes. “This is a historic moment. Our values are at stake. Are we going to be overwhelmed by the rise of populism, nationalism and xenophobia? Are we going to reintroduce controls at the internal borders of the EU? Sacrifice the freedom of movement so dear to our citizens? We soon forget that the EU is one of the greatest achievements of history. After two world wars, achieving such a union is not a matter of course. Even today, it is wrong to regard this as an acquired fact.”

He added that immigration would have to continue. “The 27 [EU states] will need 6 million immigrants in the future,” the European Commissioner said.

“We will open offices in all countries on the southern shore of the Mediterranean and in West Africa. This is the best way to fight smugglers. Obviously, we are not going to just open the borders and let everybody in. This would be absurd and would only feed xenophobia, nationalism and populism. Having said that, we must protect the persecuted and treat everyone with dignity.”

But the program of distributing 160 000 migrants in Greece and Italy to the EU has been a fiasco. Only 13 546 people have been relocated, while the program expires in September.

“As for the terrorist attacks in the EU, they were committed by European citizens. With one exception, it was never the case of refugees,” Avramopoulos said. “The security services are national, they remain a prerogative of each government. It is this fragmentation that makes us vulnerable. The attacks in Paris were committed by people based in Brussels, who crossed many countries without being stopped … even though they were on lists! It is time to share these sensitive data.”

But the majority of Islamic State militants directly involved in carrying out the Paris and Brussels terrorist attacks used the Balkan route to enter Europe under the guise of being refugees, the Hungarian intelligence chief revealed.

Analysis of phone call intercepts established that seven of the nine attackers involved in the November Paris onslaught, which killed 130 and injured 368 people, entered the EU through Hungary last year, the Hungarian Counter Terrorism Center (TEK) chief, General Zsolt Bodnar told RT.

Hungarian intelligence established that one of the Brussels and Paris attacks’ masterminds, Salah Abdeslam, made four trips to Hungary in August and October 2015 where he arranged for at least nine terrorists linked to the Paris and Brussels bombings to enter Europe. The men were involved in a number of attacks in Europe last year.

Nearly 60 percent of Europeans believe the threat of terrorism increases as more migrants arrive in their countries, a recent PEW survey found.

Commission: EU Too White, Mass Third World Migration Must Be ‘New Norm’

Brussels has said that Europeans must accept mass migration from the third world as the “new norm”, warning that neither walls nor policies will allow any part of the EU to remain “homogenous and migration-free”.

“It’s time to face the truth. We cannot and will never be able to stop migration,” writes EU Commissioner for Migration Dimitris Avramopoulos, in a piece for Politico, published Monday entitled, “Europe’s Migrants Are Here to Stay”.

In it, the Eurocrat wrote “human mobility will increasingly define the 21st century”, and that mass migration is an issue Brussels has committed Europe to “for the long haul”, stating: “Migration is deeply intertwined with our policies on economics, trade, education and employment — to name just a few.”

Pointing to migrants from the world’s poorest countries who were granted refugee status in Europe, Avramopoulos made clear that Brussels sees asylum not as a way to offer temporary respite from war but instead as another method of permanently transplanting third world populations into EU nations.

“They have found safety in Europe, but we also need to make sure they find a home,” he writes of refugees, going on to insist that programming Europeans to welcome mass migration is “not only a moral imperative”, but “also an economic and social imperative for our aging continent — and one of the biggest challenges for the near future”.

To this end, the Commission is working to “enhance legal channels for economic migration with a more ambitious Blue Card for highly skilled workers and kick-start targeted labour migration pilot projects in key third countries”, he notes.

Whilst Brussels claims that the Blue Card will bring “highly-skilled workers” to Europe, Breitbart London reported last year that revisions to the scheme clearly contradict this, stating that it would be necessary to provide newcomers with education, employment, and vocational training.

Noting that people from non-European backgrounds living in Europe are much more likely to be unemployed or on low wages, the Commission even stressed that “integration measures” would be necessary for hosting the arrivals they claim are essential to the continent’s economies.

In the piece, the Greek politician also praised a series of Politico articles which accuse the EU of being “too white”, in which the bloc was urged to bring in measures which would encourage replacing native Europeans with “people of colour” in Brussels jobs.

But this, the migration commissioner said, is “not nearly enough to prompt the changes that our societies need to be ready for the realities of the 21st century”.

Avramopoulos, who last week shot down Council of Europe chief Donald Tusk’s suggestion to scrap the controversial migrant quota scheme forcing third world migrants on unwilling nations as “anti-European”, went on to make clear he believes that no corner of the EU can be exempt from mass migration.

“It is naďve to think that our societies will remain homogenous and migration-free if one erects fences,” he thunders, in a paragraph clearly aiming at nations in Central Europe, where leaders have fought against the imposition of third world migration.

“It is unwise to think that migration will remain on the other side of the Mediterranean, if one only shows solidarity in financial terms,” he continues. “It is foolish to think that migration will disappear if one adopts harsh language.”

“At the end of the day, we all need to be ready to accept migration, mobility and diversity as the new norm and tailor our policies accordingly.

“The only way to make our asylum and migration policies future-proof, is to collectively change our way of thinking first,” the migration commissioner concludes.

There Is A Massive Horde Of Africans About To Hit Europe

Apparently there is a massive concentration camp of about 500,000 of them in Libya that just got the green light.

Let’s be clear, the flow of migrants into Europe is never-ending. The stream doesn’t ever stop flowing.

…But it does change its tempo from time to time.

During the events of the Mutti Merkel refugee crisis, we saw the dam break and a flood come pouring into Europe. It was truly biblical. And we still don’t know just how many made the trek. It could be somewhere between 2 or 4 million through Germany alone.

But the elites don’t want to boil the frog too fast.

They managed to dam up one of the mass migration points about three months ago. That, coupled with the border fences erected along the route through the Balkans has managed to slow things back down to a drip. Only about 100 thousand more Africans entered Europe this year so far.

But the stop-gap measures won’t hold for long. Arab rebel gangs have rounded up and put about 500 thousand Africans into open air camps and refuse to let them pass on to Europe.

The Russkies did a good job on this report:

100s of 1000s of Africans are being held in what are essentially slave camps under brutal conditions, awaiting shipment to Europe via a network of pro-immigration NGOs and human traffickers. It is an eye-opener.

Kiselev – who is basically the main ‘Murika (and Europe) is bad, mmk?’ propagandist in Russia – spoke about the situation quite frankly:

In any case, it’s clear that the immigration crisis in Europe is far from being resolved. The flow of refugees from the Middle East and Africa isn’t decreasing and is even growing.

During 2016, 180,000 immigrants arrived by ships, and in the first 7 months of this year more than 110,000 people have landed on the European shores. Italy is taking the main blow. And the chief supplier of illegal immigrants from Africa is Libya.

Europe is trying to cynically bribe the militants in Libya, so they would leave the refugees there, even if it’s in a concentration camp.

There’s a full video about it here:

500,000 Immigrants are Held Back From Flooding Europe by New Gaddafi In Libya

Kiselev is no bleeding heart, so believe me when I tell you what he is basically saying is, “look at those poor refugees, Europe. Reap what you sow for bombing Lybia. We hope you choke on them.”

Not very nice to kick your opponent when they’re down, tbqh Mr. Kiselev…

There are some lulzy parts to this story as well. Apparently, in the camps, they had shit mixed into their food. The reporters seemed to be confused and reported that this was proof of inhumanity or something without taking into account the fact that these people shit in their food and water supply all the time – it’s just part of their culture and way of their life. At least it is for the Bedouins. The more you know.

And of course, the country that you would most expect to step up to the plate, in fact, did.

Yes, the nepotistic and less-concerned with Virtue-sniveling people of Italia decided to do what they do best: bribe their way out of their problems:

In the Hamarat hotel in Tunisia, the Italian secret services gave 5 million Euro to Ahmad Dabbashi, nicknamed “Uncle,” who paid the clans and ordered to close the ports. After Gaddafi’s death, every meter of Libyan coast is controlled by its own gang.

I bet Mutti Merkel must be livid about such backdoor dealings. After all, Ghadafi was killed off BECAUSE he was the only one guarding the gates to Europe. And now the Italians think that they can cut a deal to save Europe for chump change?

Just you wait till Merkel gets her shriveled crone-hands on them.

But wait, there’s a lot more juicy stuff uncovered by the report. Like this Swiss priest who is known as “the Refugee Angel”.

We found Father Zerai, a candidate for Nobel Peace Prize, an angel of refugees, in a suburb of Bern.

Of course, he knows everything about the agreement, and about the calm in the sea. Not only because his number is written on Libyan camp walls, and is dialed from boats instead of SOS, now his phone is silent for the second month.

But now he is regularly called from the prosecutor’s office of Italian Trapani, where a criminal case has been brought against the Eritrean priest. He is suspected of having connections with traffickers. According to the investigation, Father Zerai received calls from Libya and knew exactly where the boats came and where they needed to be picked up.

To be honest, I was really expecting him to be 100% lily-white and 100 cucked. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw his big black beautiful mug staring back at me from the google images search.

Thank Jesus that the “Refugee Angel” wasn’t some bespectacled little Swiss cuck.

But seriously, the Italians basically ended the refugee crisis for 5 million Euros. Let that sink in. Hell, we should raise that money to bribe off some Arab gang ourselves if it’s that easy.

5 million turned out to be a sufficient sum to reduce the flow of migrants by 87%, that is, almost completely.

But alas, it won’t hold for long.

According to unconfirmed reports, the 48th brigade led by Ahmad Dabbashi lost control of the coast.

This means that the investment is lost, and new boats can appear on the horizon very soon. 500,000 people are gathered at the Libyan camps, and are ready to leave.

The gang was snuffed out, probably by some American or Israeli-supported group that will keep the border open. And we are about to see another half a million at least make the journey all at once.

The refugee crisis isn’t over, in fact, it’s just getting started.

Europe's Migrant Crisis: Millions Still to Come
"African exodus of biblical proportions impossible to stop"

More than six million migrants are waiting in countries around the Mediterranean to cross into Europe, according to a classified German government report leaked to Bild.

"Young people all have cellphones and they can see what's happening in other parts of the world, and that acts as a magnet." — Michael Mřller, Director of the United Nations office in Geneva.

"The biggest migration movements are still ahead: Africa's population will double in the next decades... Nigeria [will grow] to 400 million. In our digital age with the internet and mobile phones, everyone knows about our prosperity and lifestyle.... Eight to ten million migrants are still on the way." — Gerd Müller, Germany's Development Minister.

The African Union-European Union (AU-EU) summit, held in in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, on November 29-30, 2017, has ended in abject failure after the 55 African and 28 European leaders attending the event were unable to agree on even basic measures to prevent potentially tens of millions of African migrants from flooding Europe.

Despite high expectations and grand statements, the only concrete decision to come out of Abidjan was the promise to evacuate 3,800 African migrants stranded in Libya.

More than six million migrants are waiting in countries around the Mediterranean to cross into Europe, according to a classified German government report leaked to Bild. The report said that one million people are waiting in Libya; another one million are waiting in Egypt, 720,000 in Jordan, 430,000 in Algeria, 160,000 in Tunisia, and 50,000 in Morocco. More than three million others who are waiting in Turkey are currently prevented from crossing into Europe by the EU's migrant deal with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The former head of the British embassy in Benghazi, Joe Walker-Cousins, warned that as many as a million migrants from countries across Africa are already on the way to Libya and Europe. The EU's efforts to train a Libyan coast guard was "too little and too late," he said. "My informants in the area tell me there are potentially one million migrants, if not more, already coming up through the pipeline from central Africa and the Horn of Africa."

The President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani, said that Europe is "underestimating" the scale and severity of the migration crisis and that "millions of Africans" will flood the continent in the next few years unless urgent action is taken.

In an interview with Il Messagero, Tajani said there would be an exodus "of biblical proportions that would be impossible to stop" if Europe failed to confront the problem now:

"Population growth, climate change, desertification, wars, famine in Somalia and Sudan. These are the factors that are forcing people to leave.

"When people lose hope, they risk crossing the Sahara and the Mediterranean because it is worse to stay at home, where they run enormous risks. If we don't confront this soon, we will find ourselves with millions of people on our doorstep within five years.

"Today we are trying to solve a problem of a few thousand people, but we need to have a strategy for millions of people."

Just days before the AU-EU summit, Tajani called for a "Marshall Plan for Africa" — a €40 billion ($48 billion) long-term investment plan to boost education and job opportunities on the continent to dissuade people from leaving. He warned that spiraling population growth in Africa will be a demographic "bomb" that could push millions of Africans to Europe. "Without a strategy we will have terrorism, illegal immigration, instability," he said.

More than half of the global population growth between now and 2050 will occur in Africa, according to a new UN report, "World Population Prospects: The 2017 Revision." Africa's population is expected to jump by 1.3 billion, from 1.2 billion in 2017 to 2.5 billion in 2050. Between 2017 and 2050, the populations of 26 African countries are projected to expand to at least double their current size.

Much of Africa's population increase will occur in Nigeria, currently the world's 7th most populous country, according to the UN. By 2050, Nigeria will surpass the United States to become the world's third-largest country by population, behind India and China (the population of India is expected to surpass that of China by 2024).

Beyond 2050, Africa is forecast to be the only region in the world still experiencing "substantial population growth" — the continent's share of the global population is forecast to increase from 17% in 2017 to 40% by 2100, according to the report.

Africa currently is the youngest continent in the world: 60% of Africa's population is under 25, compared to 32% in North America and 27% in Europe.

The EU's 28 states have a GDP of $18 trillion, nine times Africa's $2 trillion.

The director of the United Nations office in Geneva, Michael Mřller, has warned that Europe must prepare for the arrival of millions more migrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In an interview with The Times, Mřller, a Dane, said:

"What we have been seeing is one of the biggest human migrations in history. And it's just going to accelerate. Young people all have cellphones and they can see what's happening in other parts of the world, and that acts as a magnet."

German Development Minister Gerd Müller has echoed that warning:

"The biggest migration movements are still ahead: Africa's population will double in the next decades. A country like Egypt will grow to 100 million people, Nigeria to 400 million. In our digital age with the internet and mobile phones, everyone knows about our prosperity and lifestyle."

Müller added that only 10% of those currently on the move have reached Europe: "Eight to ten million migrants are still on the way."

Writing for the Financial Times, Gideon Rachman explained Europe's predicament:

"One possible reaction for Europe is to accept that migration from the rest of the world is inevitable—and embrace it wholeheartedly. Europe's debt-ridden economies need an injection of youth and dynamism. Who will staff their old-age homes and building sites if not immigrants from the rest of the world?

"But even those Europeans who make the case for immigration tend to argue that, of course, newcomers to the continent must all accept 'European values.' That may be unrealistic... Many immigrants from the Middle East and Africa bring much more conservative and sexist attitudes with them. It will take more than a few civics classes to change that....

"It may be possible for island nations surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, such as Japan or Australia, to maintain strict controls on immigration. It will be all but impossible for an EU that is part of a Eurasian landmass and is separated from Africa only by narrow stretches of the Mediterranean."

500 Million Africans Could Invade Europe Under ISIS Plan – UN Official

A United Nations official has warned that jihadist factions are working on a scheme to destabilize a region of Africa that could ultimately drive some 500 million migrants into Europe.

David Beasley, Executive Director of the U.N. World Food Programme, revealed that ISIS is operating in conjunction with African terror cells to exploit a food crisis in the Sahel region of Northern Africa.

“You are going to face a similar pattern of what took place years ago, except you are going to have more ISIS and extremist groups infiltrating migration,” Beasley told The Guardian in a recent interview. “What we are picking up is that they are partnering with the extremist groups like Boko Haram and al-Qaida to divvy up territory and resources, and to continue to infiltrate and destabilize in the hope of creating migration into Europe where they can infiltrate and cause chaos.”

“My comment to the Europeans is that if you think you had a problem resulting from a nation of 20 million people like Syria because of destabilization and conflict resulting in migration, wait until the greater Sahel region of 500 million people is further destabilized. And this is where the European community and international community has got to wake up.”

“I have talked to people - not just in Syria - women who will say: ‘My husband did not want to join ISIS but we had no food, we had no choice.’ They have a strategy,” he continued.

Beasley’s revelations come on the heels of shocking comments made by French President Emmanuel Macron, who recently espoused the idea that 150-200 million Africans will inevitably migrate to Europe over the next 30 years, and called upon European nations to take measures in preparation for their arrival.

An internal investigation of immigrant crime conducted by the Federal Criminal Office of Germany has been made public by Stuttgarter Zeitung, and it found that North African 'refugees' are the most likely to commit offenses.

Researchers discovered, for example, that Moroccans are suspected in 7.6% of migrant crimes, despite comprising only 1% of 'asylum seekers.' Similarly, Tunisians represent just .2% of 'refugees' since 2015, but have been responsible for 2.2% of crimes.

Police statistics also reflect that migrants and non-Germans are now the perpetrators in roughly half of crimes committed in major cities like Berlin and Cologne.
