Macht & Ehre - Schwarzer Orden

Hello to everybody

My first thread in this forum starts with a question:

The CD of the Berlin band "Macht und Ehre" called "Schwarzer Orden" shows an (historical) emblem that I don't know.

In the middle it has an chaplet with three crossed swords. (one vertical)
to left is a red flag with an white circle.
and to the right is red flag with an (celtic?) black cross.

Has anyone an idea what type of emblem it is? and may anyone explain it's parts?

It´s an arbitrariness combination of diffrent things. It´s not an historical emblem.
The left one ist a swastika flag without the swastika because in Germany it´s illegal to show a swastika.
I don´t know what is is the right one but i think it showes the iron cross with something in the middle. The picture is too small so i can´t identify it.
The swords in the middle where only there because it looks good.
