Virtually never, since they contain a lot of sugar and they're not really healthy for you. Pop has been linked to diabetes, obesity, liver damage, heart disease, cancer and even an increased risk of Alzheimer's. Early puberty, premature aging and premature birth in pregnant women are also among the possible effects. Even drinking just one soft drink per day raises the risk of prediabetes by almost half, according to studies. Also, they don't really quench thirst and leave this sugary aftertaste. So I prefer water or tea, either unsweetened or with a bit of honey.

I do on occasion. But I drink the ones with cane sugar when I do but that isn't often.
Most of the time I drink iced tea.
