People 4 a United BLACK YouTube Community
Purpose: To unite the Black users of YouTube as well as those who support positive activity in this black community within this media & outside as well to come together in order to resolve issues of negativity within this community for the soul purpose to heal & uplift persons descendants of slaves living in America. To bring individual lovers of black peoples together so that we may organize & unite as unification is the best solution as unity is power. Organization & numbers can bring down or cause great problems for those who seek to bring negativity & hatred to this community as we who are united have become as our great sister Fannie Lou Hamer once said, I am sick & tired of being sick & tired ! To show that black peoples do have the potential & can unite under a common cause or goal in order to better ourselves & this black community within this media & beyond even thou we have various differences. To show we can break this too many Chiefs ideaology and support chosen leadership so that a beneficial goal can be accomplished ,having this working in this media it will work in our communities in general.
There will be no formal leadership only representatives from our various different positions, no more than 5 as this should be sufficient to represent our ideas. These top five representatives will be responsible for keeping in contact with their people as well as confer with the other four representatives so that negative issues be raised & solutions brought before our community. As a unit all videos of a detrimental nature will be dealt with as a community instead of individuals. As one does have the right of freedom of expression & speech the community also has the same right to defend itself against those who cry fire in a crowded theatre and this organization must use its unified powers as well as any other powers given to it by YouTube.
All members should identify themselves plainly on their channels so they are not mistaken as an enemy presenting detrimental materials ,even so one may be spoken to by our representatives before any action taken against them.

Brothers & Sisters ! Those of us who love ourselves & our community, those of us who have become sickened with these negative & detrimental videos against black peoples male or female. Those of us who do not wish the death of Asia McGowan go in vain. We do not need ALL blacks to accomplish this goal as some blacks are our enemies, some blacks are silly & foolish attention seekers using these negative issues as a means for self glorification and as you see offer nothing else. I am and you should not be concerned with these negative blacks as soon with our unification will go the way of the dinosaur.
When building a home you must begin with the best wood and you and I are the best wood. We must build a strong foundation and this effort is the beginning of that strong foundation and your strength is the building materials making it extremely difficult to fall, as the goal is unification something the negative forces do not have nor can they gain the numbers as anybody with common sense wants what is positive rather than anything negative. There are many brothers & sisters who are positive known & unknown and we should constantly seek them out so they may join this new power and begin to give all negative forces that make mockery or degrade our people of this media ,something to think about. Not only for ourselves but we wish to show the public within this media know that black peoples are intelligent, wise ,beautiful , civilized and not the clowns some are trying to paint us as.
