    I nature can't......

If nature can't make it happen, then it shouldn't happen. If a married couple cannot have children and if they want children, then they should go and adopt a child.

Post Increasing Numbers of Single Women Who Have Not Found a Partner but Want to Have Children Are Looking to IVF to Conceive

Increasing numbers of single women who have not found a partner but want to have children are looking to IVF to conceive, new figures show.
The number of women using donated sperm has risen in the past couple of years.
In 2009, there were 1,615 cycles of IVF with donated sperm, resulting in 585 babies being born. By the following year this had increased to 1,963 cycles - a rise of 21 per cent.

Professor Geeta Nargund, head of reproductive medicine services at St George's University Hospital in London, told the Independent: 'Women know the clock is ticking. The biological clock is different for men and women and women know they cannot afford to wait.

'They want to go and have their children and if a man turns up later, well fine, they will have their children and a partner.'

The figures, released by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), show all types of IVF treatments increased overall by 5.9 per cent in 2010, to 57,652 cycles.

The treatments cover both IVF and intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), which involves injecting a single sperm into an egg to fertilise it.
Overall, 45,264 women in 2010 were treated with either IVF or ICSI.
Some 74 per cent of treatments involve women using their own fresh eggs, while 17 per cent involve using a woman's own frozen eggs.
    The remainder used donated eggs.

Overall, three per cent of cycles involved donor eggs and six per cent donor insemination.
Frozen transfers overall are less successful than fresh ones, but this trend is reversed in older women.
Of all IVF cycles, women were aged 35.1 years on average when they underwent treatment, up from 33.6 in 1991.
Most of the cycles were to women aged between 18 and 34 while just under four per cent were between 43 and 44 and two per cent over 45.

However Clare Lewis-Jones, chief executive of Infertility Network UK, said: 'The fact that only a minority of treatment cycles in 2010 were funded by the NHS continues to highlight the difficulties faced by many patients in trying to access NHS treatment.
'The recent suspension of funding by many PCTs means that the number of NHS-funded cycles will no doubt decrease in 2011.'
