Malema Threatens 'Black Flood' for Cape

ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema has vowed to reclaim the Western Cape - ruled by his nemesis and DA leader Helen Zille - by flooding the province with "black" youth from the ANC-governed Eastern Cape.

Malema accused Zille of trying to turn the province into a "whites-only" enclave, and added "we will never ever reconcile with (Zille)".

"We will never make up with Helen Zille, she is an enemy of the revolution … she's a racist and will remain a racist. She has a racist agenda of making the Western Cape a province for whites only. If she had a way as premier to declare (which) people she wants in the province … for sure by now she would have declared the Western Cape for whites only," Malema said at Luthuli House yesterday after the league's two-day NEC meeting.

He said the youth league would change the Western Cape's racial complexion. "As the youth league we are going to encourage many young people, especially those staying in the Eastern Cape, to start applying for houses and sites in the Western Cape so that we have more blacks and Africans going to Western Cape … to disappoint (Zille)," he said.

Malema was responding to a question during a press conference following a two-week spat between Zille and the youth league after the DA leader, in reaction to criticism of her male-only cabinet, questioned President Jacob Zuma's sexual morality.

The league accused Zille of employing "concubines" in her cabinet so that she could "continue sleeping with them".

Malema had been conspicuously silent when the youth league made a number of sexual slurs regarding Zille.

Zuma and Zille, however, appeared to have kissed and made up after a Monday telephone call, and the two met in a relaxed mood at the cabinet lekgotla this week.

DA youth leader Khume Ramulifho rejected Malema's comments as "nonsense".

"Julius is not aware of the population of the Western Cape … that about 60 percent are coloured. How does it become racism every time that the DA says something? Maybe we need to engage Julius on his understanding of racism.

"The DA has been given a mandate to provide service delivery to the people of the Western Cape … and we will not lose our focus," said Ramulifho.

Meanwhile, Umkhonto we Sizwe veterans yesterday refused to hand a memorandum to one of Zille's MECs, telling him he was her "boyfriend".

Newly appointed housing MEC Bonginkosi Madikizela was met by cries of "voetsek" (go away) when he came to the front steps of the provincial administration building in central Cape Town to accept the document.

"Your message is loud and clear," MK Military Veterans' Association chairman Kebby Maphatsoe told the several hundred vets.

"They have sent over one of their puppets. We are not going to hand over the memo to her boyfriend."

He was referring to the youth league's claim that Zille is sleeping with members of her all-male cabinet.

The vets were marching ostensibly to demand that Zille apologise for saying Zuma put his wives at risk when he had unprotected sex with an HIV-positive woman.

Police kept a close watch on the march, which was contained by a cordon of yellow-bibbed marshals.

You can take an ape out of the bush, but you can never take the bush out of the ape....as the saying goes. The Agency for Nepotism and Corruption always show their true colours. If they can not win an election fairly, they will go out of their way to mobilize the hoards... Malema should take a look at his high school results, it proves he's an idiot. I guess that there is no paperwork to file from their NEC meeting. You need to be able to read and write to be taken seriously, and luckily the veterans are a shining example of idiots in action... Zille should apologise for saying Zuma put his wives at risk when he had unprotected sex with an HIV-positive woman... or maybe a blessing in disguise, at last the truth is out, HIV is a myth...

Beyond politics the history can’t be ignored. Blacks no matter which tribe cannot reclaim the Cape because none existed there when the Dutch got there.

Yeah the Kou-Kou (Hottentote) And Kou-San (Bushman) were there but unfortunaly the Hottentots do not exist today due to disease and cross breeding etc.
The Bushman moved to the Kalahari due to everyone wanting to eradicate them so the word ‘reclaim’ would be the incorrect historically speaking.
