This report is politically correct rubbish.
It says:

"If you want peace in countries with ethnic conflict, you have to rearrange government to include real power-sharing with all ethnic groups," said Lars-Erik Cederman, study co-author and a former assistant professor of political science at UCLA who now serves as a professor of international conflict research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. "Eliminating barriers to political participation may sound like common sense, but this research for the first time pinpoints the dramatic risk of failing to do so."

Here in the UK as well as other western nations there is full power-sharing with all ethnic groups - in fact the only excluded group is really the white majority, who are truly disenfranchised. Yet as the ethnic diversity increases so is the violence.

I also disagree that it has been commonly accepted that diversity officially causes conflict.

Yeah, being forced to live with diversity in ones homeland causes me conflict.

Primates were hard wired for war and inter group competition way back in their evolution.

A recent observation of one primate group showed that once it reached a certain size, the group split. The two groups then came into deadly conflict over range, territory and access to food supplies even though the groups were genetically related.
Now whilst Religion, law and civilisation is an attempt to supress nature. Sooner or later nature reasserts itself.
Weak, numerically small, disorganised groups are exterminated. This is a law of History. The question is; why would any group , like Whites, want to be a minority ? Or want to share its territory, living space or resources with other groups, that sooner or later will want to exterminate them and their descendants?
