I am by most people's standards. I have always been considered above average in the looks department. I stay in shape and i take pride in my looks. And i have no shortage of confidence. I'm a good looking guy. I think its a healthy thing.

Some would call it conceited, i would call it reality. If something is true, why is it wrong to say so and believe it?

Well, there's nothing more beautiful than a woman who doesn't realize she's beautiful. Being a sweet and natural person is one of the most attractive things to me. Women who put on airs because they have an over-inflated opinion of themselves really put me off.
Most people think as they are trained to think, and most people make a majority.

I'm probably not by most regular standards, a bit rough around the edges facially, so to speak! I'm no NS posterboy! My body is fine though, naturally muscular and defined. I suppose I'm ok if you like the bashed up, dour viking look!

Let me put it this way. I have had troule with self esteem before, but now I think I am more a realist than a pessimist. I used to think of myself as an ungly guy, yet, after a lot of observation, and compared to a lot of other white people I know, I am actually top half. I mean, I am still average looking for a white dude, but a 6 instead of a 5 or less. Yet, I marked I am beautiful, as I am beautiful for the only person I care, my GF and future wife. And we for a beautiful couple, being both germanic, christians and of the same subrace. She considers me to be beautiful, so that's what I care for. As for her, I find her not only beautiful, stunning and gorgeous, but for me, she is the most beautiful woman in the world.

I don't believe that I'am, there are certain little nuances about my appearance that drive me crazy at times.
But as a poster from Belgium said above, what is going on inside is what matters the most and I can learn from that sometimes.

I think it is best to remember that you shouldn't go with the cookie cutter opinion of beauty and work to accentuate and build on what you are and people in their right mind will always accept you no matter what.
Media overkill on "beauty" makes this more difficult because you're more likely to find the EXTREMES presented to you on a timely matter. So don't worry about that.

I have really young natural looks and I am a good looking sort, I see myself as beautiful (Some days, I have bad looking days, lol) I can not say the same thing for my Intelligence though. I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too.

I dunno really. I will admit that I have received compliments from women, but not as many as other men. This doesn't bother me. I am healthy and strong, and that is what I consider important.

I would not attempt to argue that physical beauty is trivial, superficial, and does not matter. It is something that should be prized.

There are people out there who can be presented as great examples of Germanic beauty. However, beauty is only one quality of a folk and I would staunchly say that it is NOT the most important quality of our people.

Here are two ideals of Germanic beauty: (as envisioned by Arno Breker)

Most people (including myself) would not fall under the ideal as imagined by individuals like Mr. Breker. This vision of beauty is a true rarity, but I don't think it is wrong to hold these as the ideals...as long as we do not become too enamored by it. Like I said...beauty must be valued, but the attitude towards beauty must be tempered with wisdom and respect for those who do not fit into this very narrow ideal.

The Germanic nations were NOT pushed forward to success and power by chiseled Halstatt Nordid's with platinum hair. Our folk were raised upwards by strong leaders, visionaries, thinkers, creators, risk-takers, and normal hard-working everyday folk.

Also, Bare in mind that beauty and perceptions of beauty change and can be heavily skewed and twisted by society. We live in a foul modern culture where we can be hit with all manner of propaganda regarding beauty. (I don't need to elaborate on examples....)

What I am wondering is what happened to the value of virtue and honour alongside beauty in our people?

From my experience with women....(and I am sure this can also count for the men) rarely do great beauty and great virtue dwell together.

The most beautiful women I have known often were the most shallow, unintelligent, and entitled wenches that a man could ever suffer to have met.

    My grandmother had a saying...

"Beauty is only skin-deep. Ugliness of the soul goes right to the bone."

    Natural beauty

I believe in natural beauty -little make up as possible and healthy diet. I've been told that I am pretty and "hot" often but as I age I don't get the looks and compliments as I once did. I do feel more at ease and less bothered overall. I keep fit and work out to feel vital inside and probably look ten yrs younger than I am. Ageing never feels good to a women and we decline in status mostly. I just don't have as much time with young children to look "pretty" and fashionable anymore. I felt blessed that women in our family age slowly, thanks to good genes. Being healthy and fit I prize more.

As earlier said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Beauty is prone to altering: Especially nowadays with the huge cosmetic industry, many girls and guys cover themselves up with makeup or hair-gel.

If I'm handsome? Its a surprise everyday when i wake up. I had my narcissistic moments, but I think that I'm ugly as well at some moments.
Mood, food and exercise are for me the most important for my looks. I try to eat healthy, be happy and work out thrice a week. That'll keep me in shape and it does much good to my looks as well.
