    For me the films (I will not count the horrible Hobbit trilogy) are too vulgar and of bad taste sometimes, but still have many, many magical moments like the argonath scene.




    I love them when I had maybe 10, but the books are far more elegant, refined and captivating. And it's more trustworthy and connected to the genuine european cultural ethos that we are trying to preserve.
