If you could be an animal which animal would be, including ones which are now extinct?!

I'll get the ball rolling. I think i would not have minded living on the Russian steppe as a Woolly Mammoth during one of the inter-glacial periods around half a million years ago, before humans came along and made them extinct.

Attributes I might have enjoyed include, colossal size and strength, long life-span 60 odd years (far more than more humans at the time) , relative high intelligence, close-nit family group, no natural predators and not having to hunt for my food but merely stretch out my trunk.
All in all a pretty good deal I reckon!

I would like to be a dolphin in a bay near ancient Greece where I could play around the bows of Dionysus's ship and be laughed with and swum with and portrayed on lovely vases from the Aegean lands where dolphins and men were brothers.

There's so many amazing animals out there!
But I would like to be a bear, I think.
Yeah, a bear sound good (Except the part of being hunted, and let those filthy homo sapiens kill you and take your skin!)

This isn´t a hard question for me.I would be a wolf because I love this animals (so I´m very,very angry about the "Graue Wölfe" in Germany)...argh!

I would be several animals. The animals to top my list would be a raven (smartest of all birds), a wolf, a Grizzly bear, or a Polar bear.

Hmm If I was to be any animal it would be a Bison or Buffolo. I love those animals so much. The sheer size and power of the animal is amazing. I've got plenty of toy bison things. From stuffed animals to plastic toys. I guess you could say I'm a little obsessed with the animal
