I don't think that the American public really understand eugenics, "good breeding." Plato, in Ancient Greece, discussed poor breeding passing down genetic birth defects and lower intelligence similar to what we experience today. It takes an entire community or society to improve the quality of people through natural selection. Plate wrote this, "Weak parents should not procreate. Because their children would inherit their inferior qualities, they would have no strength to lead a meaningful life, or in any way contribute to the state.” He also believed that parent's poor mental health would lead to raising mentally ill children. Abortion is not good for healthy functioning whites, but many minorities may use drugs during pregnancy or eat poorly, which will directly affect the fetal intelligence even before birth. One can see sometimes the lacking intelligence through facial asymmetry and overall behaviors. There are white drug addicts and violent types who are also unfit to be parents as well. Plus, for the elites, smarter people are harder to control and intimidate.

He's indeed discussing this in his dialogue Politeia. The text isn't entirely prescriptive though. Just something to consider.

The Dems are going to exploit this in November but as it won't change anything in blue states so I don't think it will stop a red wave. Voters will be more concerned with supply chain issues, like the baby formula shortage, inflation, crime (not white domestic terrorists) and all the other chaos caused by Biden policies.
