without the fat? Tons of non-fat milk, you can never drink enough!!! Drink like 2 gallons a day, if not more.
Egg whites galore, endless amounts. 3 times a day.
Low-fat turkey. I like to buy the turkey burgers, easier to fix that way. Eat loads of it!!!
Always drink water, like all day, constantly...
muscle is 70% water anyway.
I know bodybuilders live off of water when they're not eating.
A great thing to snack on is fruits, stuff your body full of this stuff, it will make your muscles very happy my friend.
If you're lifting on a regular basis, consume massive amounts of protein, insane amounts of pure protein is the ticket. At least 1-3 grams per pound of your bodyweight.

make sure you get at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight (if you weigh 200lbs, eat 200g of protein).
what sort of training routine do you use? do you use AS?
Yep if people do not know this then its very important to state. I look at this way, to much protein does not hurt because that way you make sure the body takes what it needs by itself. sometimes i just cant eat shit and it sucks.Originally posted by Mikhail

I use mostly Pyramid training. where I add 12lbs each time.what sort of training routine do you use? do you use AS?
For an example in this pyramid principle I take in shoulders military press (lift over head)
1 set = 12 reps (196 pounds)
2 set = 10 reps (208 pounds)
3 set = 8 reps (220 pounds)
4 set = 6 reps (232 pounds)
5 set = 4 reps (244 pounds)
Note that pyramid has many advantages,
instead of taking lets say 244 pounds in military 10 times, then I blast some fibres first so I can only take it 4 in last set. that is both good for the building process as it is for the sensation of the exercise as it is to prevent injuries.
PS: I Do same in all major exercises but those not major I take atleast 4 sets of 6-12 reps in, and then I sometimes run 2 split stress exercises in-between my normal routine, something like 2 fast acid sets with 20 reps in each stress exersize breaks the routine nicely here and there.
I was wondering what you meant by AS? Im not really into English slogans that much....
AS= Anabolic Steroids.
i use the pryamid system aswell. although i don't like to stick to anything too long because my body gets used to it and growth (or loss depending on what i want) slows down. i like super sets and drop sets also.
you are lifting some heavy weights on shoulders. what are you stats (height/weight/bench press)?
Well no I never taken or intent to take such. I do fine withoutOriginally posted by Mikhail

EHH? what is it your want with the training to loose or to strengthen up? or to build alot of mass or strength? well if you trained for a period of time then I think Yes its a good idea you make stress programs which challenge the conform muscle building, use the pryamid system aswell. although i don't like to stick to anything too long because my body gets used to it and growth (or loss depending on what i want) slows down. i like super sets and drop sets also.
Ohh the reason I didnt give an examle with benchpress is because i wanted to get focus away from people always talking about benchpress as only power exersize.you are lifting some heavy weights on shoulders. what are you stats (height/weight/bench press)?
I do fine in benchpress though. My height is a normal Hallstatt Nordics mans height. my weight is also around a normal Nordic mans weight. Im just abit more strong and flexed i guess![]()
