    Returning Home

Well, after 3 weeks of floating lazily in the void, we have returned home. Electricity was restored in my area just yesterday. It's good to be home!
The my gardens are destroyed and dry. Debris, fallen branches, and small twigs litter the yard so much that my green grass can barely be seen. It just took me over an hour to blow off the driveway. Could it be hotter today? Now for the yardwork...

    Thumbs Down

Good to hear your home has not sustained much damage. You seem to be cheerful considering the circumstances.

    How is the work situation?

Not too much affected for myself, since most of my work is done out of town. Luckily the local jobs we have been doing haven't really been affected either, since hospitals are always the first to get back electricity.

Great that you're back home. It's sad that your garden is destroyed, but good to hear that your house is still in its place.

Cheers mate! Glad to hear that you are back home. Void floating can be tiring as I recall. I was stranded in Oregon for a week after 9/11/01...... Oregon is a nice place actually, so I didn't complain too much.

I'm glad to read that all's well.
