    Jackson free to molest again...

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,159337,00.html

SANTA MARIA, Calif. — Michael Jackson (search) has been acquitted of all of the charges against him, including molesting a teenage cancer survivor in 2003, conspiring to hold the boy and his family captive to get them to rebut a damaging television documentary and administering alcohol to enable child molestation.

Jackson wiped tears from his eyes as the verdict was read. However, while exiting the courthouse, the former King of Pop moved very slowly, looking shaken and grim, and he didn't smile as supporters cheered him on.

Jackson arrived at the courthouse about 4:45 p.m. EDT surrounded by family members.

The jury, which listened to 14 weeks of testimony and arguments, deliberated over seven days before sending word of a verdict on the 10-count indictment about 3:30 p.m. EDT.

The announcement of a verdict came shortly after Judge Rodney S. Melville (search) issued a statement saying that the jury asked and withdrew a question Monday morning.

He also confirmed that on Friday the jury had a read-back of testimony and there were four meetings in chambers with attorneys. News organizations had filed motions seeking information on such developments.

Jackson, 46, was charged with molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor in 2003, plying him with wine and conspiring to hold the boy and his family captive to get them to rebut a damaging television documentary.

In the documentary, "Living With Michael Jackson," Jackson held hands with the boy and told interviewer Martin Bashir he let children into his bed but it was innocent and non-sexual.

Jackson, who climbed to fame with the Jackson 5 and dominated pop music in the 1980s with the powerhouse "Thriller" and other albums, was portrayed at trial as a pedophile who lured boys into his bed at his fairytale Neverland ranch. The defense called the accuser and his family con artists.

Jackson, whose global stardom was apparent in the turnout of fans and news media for his trial, once flooded airwaves with such hits as "Beat It," "Billie Jean" and "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin."' He captivated fans with his "moonwalking" and electric dance moves, and created a signature image by wearing one sequined glove.

But his career began to lose its luster after 1993 allegations of child molestation that ended with a multimillion-dollar civil settlement paid to a boy, and his lifestyle, two marriages and drastic changes in appearance became fodder for "Wacko Jacko" tabloid headlines.

In law enforcement, classification experts say that child molesters are not actually trying to hurt the children they abuse in most cases. They are simply reinacting situations to which they were a party [usually in their youth] OR visual observations. My gut feeling suggests that Jackson is innocent of the molestation charges and I don't believe he would ever intentionally hurt anyone but I also believe he is not capable of such an act because his mental state is considerably less developed than that of an average man his age.

In addition, the prosecution's case has been completely unorganized and a lot of the "evidence" or statements made against Jackson were almost entirely fabricated. I think the jury recognized this and voted "not guilty" because of it. One simply cannot convict someone of a crime if substantial evidence is not present.

"The law" isn't much of an obstacle when you've got the full weight of every Jewish powerhouse lawyer and the full support of Hollywood on your side. How can anyone look at this freak of nature and say he is not guilty?

He is guilty of being a freak. But the entertainment industry wants to see him sent down. They would love that.

I am sorry but that is a completely ludicrous statement. Hollywood and the paparazzi have been after Jackson for years just because his lifestyle is drastically different from any other observed on the average day.
